Communication between your transferee, company and Ford Bros. Van & Storage is managed online by our customer service coordinator.  We assign a One Point Contact Person to manage the processes from start to finish.  This same coordinator will be communicating daily to update and inform you to ensure we are executing your requirements. 

Our corporate agreements provide options for your company to manage the services we perform for your transferees.  You select the services that a transferee is being offered and we will create an agreement to support these specific services.  Discounts, pricing and competitiveness is just the beginning of setting up an effective agreement.  Let us explain our program of managing relocation services in advance – not in the middle of the move!
